IRON PASSAGE
Advisory & Consulting
An independent consulting practice that helps founders and operating teams move through hard decisions with clarity — from first direction to working execution.
Three consultations, one clear path
Every engagement is advisory work — diagnosis, recommendations, and hands-on guidance. We do not take custody of funds or assets; we sell our time and expertise.
Strategy & Direction Consultation
Pressure-test where the business is headed and decide what to do next, backed by evidence rather than instinct.
- Market and competitive review
- Positioning and offer definition
- 12-month priority roadmap
Operations & Process Consultation
Find the friction inside day-to-day delivery and redesign the workflows that slow your team down.
- Process mapping and bottleneck analysis
- Tooling and handoff recommendations
- Standard operating procedures
Growth & Market Entry Consultation
Plan a credible path into a new segment, channel, or region with a sequenced, testable approach.
- Opportunity sizing and segment selection
- Go-to-market and pricing guidance
- Launch plan with success metrics
A defined engagement, every time
You always know the scope, the deliverable, and the price before any payment is taken.
Discovery call
A short introductory conversation to understand your situation and confirm we are the right fit. No charge.
Written proposal
We send a scope, timeline, and fixed price in writing. Work begins only after you approve it and payment is made.
Consultation & handoff
We deliver the agreed sessions and a written summary you keep, with clear next steps you can act on.
Advisors who have been in the room
Former operators, strategists, and market builders — we bring decades of hands-on experience to every engagement, not just frameworks from the outside.
Senior practitioners, focused on your outcomes
Our advisors have built and scaled companies, led cross-functional teams, and entered new markets across multiple industries. We work inside your problems, not around them.
Every engagement is led by a senior advisor — not handed off to a junior team member.

Effective June 11, 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Iron Passage Inc. ("Iron Passage", "we", "us"). They apply to all consulting services, proposals, and communications we provide.
2. Services provided
Iron Passage provides professional consulting and advisory services, including strategy, operations, and growth consultations. We sell our time, analysis, and recommendations. We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, or regulated financial advice, and we do not take custody of client funds, securities, or other assets. Any decision you make based on our consultation is made at your own discretion and risk.
3. Engagement and scope
Each engagement is defined in a written proposal that states the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee. Work begins only after you accept the proposal and the applicable payment is received. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a new proposal.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are due as set out in your proposal. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc.; by paying, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to the people and materials needed for us to perform the work, and to make payments when due.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Intellectual property
Deliverables prepared specifically for you become yours upon full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our services are advisory and do not guarantee any particular business outcome.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [County, State].
